April showers bring...a Saturday to spend catching up on your winter scrapbooks!

Our annual Spring Scrapathon will take place on Saturday, April 9 with doors opening at9:30 AM. We are looking forward to a great day of inspiration for all our scrapbooking friends!

Here are the details:

Date: Saturday, April 9
Time: 9:30 AM (doors open)-9PM (note...we extended it a little bit longer)
Place: Central Heights Church Gymnasium (just off McCallum Road near the HWY 1 Interchange and just off the new overpass)
Cost: $42 + tax... which includes morning snacks and coffee/tea and the traditional and always fabulous turkey dinner.

Speaking of leaves...if you happen to need a family portrait done in time for Christmas...just let Brian know...he would love to do a photo shoot for you ($75 sitting fee) and very reasonable prices on developed pictures! We can also print some photo cards for you in time for Christmas!

Come, escape the heat and get those creative juices flowing! Our August and September Class Schedule will provide you with a productive and inspiring summer escape!

To reserve your spot in any of the following classes, please call 604-853-2322. All classes need to be paid in advance to reserve your spot!

August and September Classes:

Toonie Tuesday will be offered every Tuesday in August and September-come on in and make use of all the punches we have available!

Free Friday Night Crop 6:00-8:45 pm: August 6, 13, 20; September 3, 10, 17...for those night owls who want to work late nite--see below! Call to reserve your space!

Late Night Crop $5: Friday, August 27 and Friday, September 24--the store will be open from 6:00-11:00p.m. Limited space, so gather your friends and spend a "cool" night indoors preserving those summertime memories!

Glitter Card Class $18(3 cards): Saturday, August 7 @ 2:30 p.m. Come and learn how to "bling" up your card repertoire with glitter! They make beautiful cards that will have your friends in awe at your talent!

Summer Cards $25 (4 cards): Due to popularity, we will be offering this class twice: Saturday, August 14 @ 1:00 p.m. and Thursday, August 19 @ 6 p.m.

All Occasion Cards $20 (4 cards): This class will also be offered twice in August and once in September. Class dates are, Saturday, August 21 @ 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 25 @ 6:30 p.m., Saturday, September 4 @ 2:00 p.m. Check your calendars and book the class that suits your schedule!

Vintage Christmas Cards $25 (4 cards): Two classes offered: Saturday, September 25 @ 1:00 p.m. or Thursday, September 30 @ 6pm. If you want to be inspired with some creative Christmas card ideas, this will surely give you a head start! Book your spot early!

Intro Class $12 (1 page): Two classes available: Wednesday, August 18 @ 6:30 pm or Saturday, September 11 @ 2:00 p.m., if you are interested in learning more about the basics of scrapbooking, page design, colour selection and more, this is the class for you!

Design Layout Class $20: Wednesday, September 15 @ 6:30 p.m.; come and learn more about design layout setup!

Tanya's Project $45: Saturday, September 18 @ 11:00 a.m.; for those who want to go beyond card making and scrapbook page creation--pictures will be uploaded soon!

Sorry for the delay in blogging...our beautiful newborn kind of took over our "blog time" for the last little while! We promise to be more consistent now that she is all of 12 weeks! :)
